Planning Application in Oxfordshire

Whether you’re a homeowner or a developer, we will arrange the right planning specialist to assist in the most effective way possible, carefully considering each project on case by case basis.

Most regular householder projects are relatively straightforward. Although, each Local Planning Authority can work in their own individual way, having certain aspects of proposals they will and won’t support.

Over a number of years, we have developed relationships with the various Local Planning Authorities across Oxfordshire and know many of the Planning Officers within each of the Authorities.

When dealing with period or listed buildings, we work with our partner Heritage Consultants, many of whom are former Conservation Officers.

They will lead and advise the design team in terms of what should win the favour of the Local Planning Authority Conservation Officer but also deliver the scheme our clients really want to build.

As such, we are able to assist with period and listed building work and can prepare and submit listed building consent applications as well as regular planning applications.
